Bruce Nazarian is an award-winning DVD Producer and Author, a globe-trotting DVD consultant, and the Webmaster of the DVD Association. He specializes in digital media production and consuting for video, audio, DVD and the Web.

Formerly President of Gnome Digital Media, he is currently CEO of Digital Media Consulting Group, Inc., his DVD and media production company in Las Vegas, and webmaster of his personal DVD info site, www.Recipe4DVD.com.

Bruce has toured the world as demonstrator and instructor for a number of DVD products, including DVD Studio Pro from Apple Computer, Inc. An active DVD evangelist, he has presented sessions at DVD tradeshows all around the world, and has coordinated technical session tracks for DVDA, NAB Post Production Workshop, Digital Media DC, and Macworld Expo.

Bruce is the author of “DVD Studio Pro 4 – the Complete Guide for Authoring with Macintosh” for McGraw-Hill, and creator of DVD Companion Pro-Pack products, used by DVD authors around the world.

An in-demand teacher, Bruce has presented DVD topics at Macworld, NAB, NAB Post Plus (New York), DVPA, DVPW, NAB PPWC, Digital Media DC, Avid Master Editor seminar in Florida, DVD Summit IV in Dublin, and many other trade shows. He is annually the Technical Chair for DVD at NAB thru his association with FMC, and a constantly in-demand presence at Macworld Expo.

Bruce had a decades-long successful career as studio musician, artist, and producer prior to becoming "The DVD Guy". He has been a part of thousands of recording sessions, and a member of such interesting bands as Brownsville Station (Epic Records), Was (Not Was) [Ze Records / Geffen Records] and The Automatix (MCA records). He has had chart success on the Pop charts and R&B charts as lead vocalist for both Brownsville Station and The 8th Day and, as a Producer, he had chart success with numerous Dance 12" singles, and now Smooth Jazz
